Aaron Lindberg – Blog

I have been extremely fortunate over the past couple of days for some wonderful coverage of my work as well as my business. As a photographer in Kansas City, it can can be hard to compete with larger markets but the internet can certainly help level the playing field a bit more. Everyone is (and should be) vying for attention and want to have their work seen, I have been lucky enough to land a couple things this week that I wanted to share. Here are a few of them from this week….

Present Magazine

First up is Present Magazine. The website was nice enough to do a write up on a client I shot for a couple months back and run the story on Tuesday. This is great PR for Hope House who does wonderful things for families in need. This was written by my friend Kevin Kuzma who is an amazing writer. More of the images can be found here.

LogoCritiques.com

Next up we have Logocritiques.com who took my new logo and ran it through the ringer and posted the review on Wednesday. I received some good feedback from this, some of it was eye opening. I don’t quite get the Star Trek reference though…

On Thursday I woke up and checked my email to find about 30 new twitter followers and wondered what the heck was going on. I seriously thought someone was spamming me but after looking over some of the profiles I realized that an interview I did for FreelanceSwitch.com had ran on the website which explained all of the foot traffic through my twitter account. Freelanceswitch.com is a favorite website that I like to read up and catch up on issues happening with other freelancers from around the world. This was a huge privalage to have my interview posted on this site and to get a lot of new people looking at my work. I want to personally thank Kristen Fischer for doing the write up and for helping me get my name out on this website.
