Kansas City Photographer at the Junior Olympics…
Last week I was in Greensboro, North Carolina shooting the USA Track and Field Junior Olympics for Action Sports Images. My position was shooting mostly long jump and triple jump so I spent a lot of time in the sand pits of Irwin Belk Track – North Carolina A&T State University. I shot nearly 25,000 images of everything from hurdles, long jump, high jump, pole vault from that week so I have quite a bit of photos to go through and show.
Here are a few of my favorite shots from the week, most of them are splash down shots from the sand pits. I really enjoy seeing these while shooting long jump and triple jump.
